Acceptance

By using DeckShift you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Your account

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country to use DeckShift.

Acceptable use

Use DeckShift for your own learning. Do not upload content you do not have the right to use, attempt to disrupt the service, or misuse AI generation to produce unlawful or harmful material.

AI-generated content

AI-drafted flashcards are suggestions and may contain errors. Always review generated cards before relying on them. You are responsible for the accuracy of the content you save.

Subscriptions and billing

DeckShift Pro is an auto-renewing subscription offered as a monthly or yearly plan. There is no free trial. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.

Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID subscription settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under their policies.

Free usage limits

Free accounts include a limited number of AI generations each month. Pro removes these limits and unlocks full memory analytics.

Disclaimer

DeckShift is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific learning outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these terms as the app evolves. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
